For Lisa Callahan, transformation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a way of life. As a Master Transformational Coach and founder of Transformation for Real®, Callahan has made it her mission to guide high-achieving women from the chaos of over-commitment and self-neglect to the clarity of a life fully loved.
With a coaching career that spans over two decades, Callahan brings a unique blend of deep empathy, empowering belief, and razor-sharp insight to her clients—women who are often outwardly successful but inwardly yearning for more.
“My superpower is I believe in you until you believe in you,” she says. “I walk beside my clients, step by step, with no agenda other than helping them create exactly what they want—on their terms and in their time.”
Callahan’s journey to becoming a globally recognized coach and podcast host wasn’t without challenges. After 14 years in the diet industry, she realized that while she loved helping people reach their goals, the focus on weight loss alone wasn’t enough.
“There had to be more than just what the scale said,” she recalls. This realization coincided with a major life transition—her move to Los Angeles—and inspired her to become certified as a Master Transformational Coach.
Starting her business, Transformation for Real®, was both a leap of faith and a calling.
“In the beginning, the hardest part was putting myself out there,” she admits. “I was used to people coming to me because of the brand I represented. Now, I was the brand.”
It was a discomfort she had to move through, learning to market herself and her mission in a way that was both authentic and impactful.
And impactful it has been. Her coaching has helped thousands of women—many of them professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs—who are tired of saying yes to everyone but themselves. Through her signature Transformation for Real® program, Callahan helps these women reconnect with what they truly want and equips them with the tools to pursue it.
Her influence extends beyond one-on-one coaching. Callahan is also the co-host of “The Things We Know,” a globally recognized podcast that sits in the top 10% worldwide. The show explores the wisdom women accumulate over time, and it has become a movement of its own.
From the podcast came “The Best Chapter Yet” retreats—live, immersive experiences that bring together women seeking more purpose, confidence, and connection. The upcoming October retreat in Chicago, “Brave and Boundless,” will be the fourth installment in what has become a sold-out staple in the personal development space.
Client testimonials speak volumes about her impact. One former client, Jennifer, shared, “Lisa isn’t just a coach, she’s a cheerleader, a challenger, a confidence booster—and the secret to my personal success. I cannot recommend her abilities more highly… she truly is the best.”
Jennifer went on to say: “Lisa asks questions that will make you think in ways you never have before. She’s masterful at unlocking the potential you never knew you had—or that had been long forgotten.”
But Callahan isn’t resting on her success. Her eyes are set on expansion. Over the next five years, she envisions VIP coaching offerings and taking “The Things We Know” podcast on the road for live recordings and interactive community events.
And this year marks a major milestone: the official launch of her six-month Transformation for Real® program—a comprehensive coaching experience designed to offer deeper, more sustained transformation for women ready to rewrite their story.
If Callahan’s life and work offer one message, it’s this: the best isn’t behind you.
“So many women I meet think they’ve missed their shot or that it’s too late to go after something new,” she says. “But your best chapter isn’t in the rearview mirror. It’s right in front of you—if you’re brave enough to write it.”
With unwavering faith in her clients and a proven system to guide them, Lisa Callahan is helping women everywhere step into that next chapter—and make it their best one yet.
