‘Women Matter.’

This mantra is a guiding principle for Marline C. Duroseau, a seasoned CFO, CPA, and leadership executive with over 22 years of experience. As a fertility coach, mentor, and confidence advocate, Marline has dedicated her life to empowering women, families, and communities. Her business, MCD Business Enterprise LLC (MCDBE), results from her combined business, finance, and leadership expertise.

Relentless & Resilient

Born and raised in Miami, FL, to Haitian immigrant parents, Marline’s journey is one of perseverance and faith. Her battle with 15 years of infertility and child loss shaped her perspective on resilience and hope.

These events led her to write her memoir, “It’ll Happen By 30: A Relentless Journey of Faith | Delayed but Not Denied.” Her book on Amazon offers support and guidance for women facing similar challenges.

As a fertility coach, Marline offers compassionate support to women and families on their fertility journeys. Her approach combines actionable strategies with emotional guidance, helping clients overcome obstacles, reduce stress, and rebuild confidence during one of life’s most trying experiences.

Confidence Through Leadership and Advocacy

Marline’s professional achievements as a financial leader reflect her commitment to fostering empowerment. Through her company, MCDBE, she helps women discover their confidence and achieve personal and professional success.

Her workshops, masterclasses, and Women Matter Vision Event provide supportive spaces for women to explore their goals, build resilience, and plan their next steps.

Marline’s leadership philosophy emphasizes mentorship and collaboration. As a product of exceptional mentorship, she believes in empowering others to reach their full potential. Her advocacy extends beyond her business as well. She currently serves as CFO and board member of the nonprofit Filling Empty Wombs, Inc., which raises awareness for the fertility community and supports those navigating infertility.

Inspiring Future Generations Through Literacy

Marline’s dedication to empowerment extends to children. She has authored two children’s books: “Kason and Kamden: Yes, We’re Twins, But I’m Still Me” and “KB The Bossy Rainbow Baby.” These books celebrate individuality, confidence, and self-acceptance, encouraging young readers to embrace their unique qualities.

She travels nationwide to host reading workshops and literacy events. Her programs are designed to engage children and equip parents, caregivers, and educators with tools to foster self-esteem.

Marline focuses on fostering confidence in children to help prepare them for future success.

Faith and Service as a Foundation

Grounded in her Christian faith, Marline dedicates her time to uplifting her community. She serves as Chairperson of the Finance Committee at her church, Treasurer of her Homeowners’ Association, and a former CCD instructor.

These roles highlight her dedication to service and commitment to making a difference.

Through MCDBE, Marline’s work continues to inspire transformation and growth. Her programs encourage women to embrace their confidence, advocate for themselves, and thrive personally and professionally. She shares her story and creates resources designed to inspire and support others.
