Meet Giada del Drago, a name synonymous with wellbeing, creativity and vision. Giada is not a typical success story, from her first steps into the spotlight at Canada’s National Ballet School to a leading role on a Soap Opera to founding film, event and music production companies to her current roles as Mother, Producer, Healer and Advocate for holistic well-being.

Giada Del Drago’s television debut was in the hit German series Lindendtrasse. This showcased her talent, charisma and sense of humor in playing an over-the-top character whom people “loved to hate,” which also won her a devoted fan base.

Whilst her on-screen fame grew in the entertainment world, Giada also studied filmmaking at the prestigious Central St. Martins/University of the Arts in London and launched a career as a Writer, Director and Producer of award-winning short films, documentaries and music videos. She credits the discipline learned through ballet and television studios for giving her a strong work ethic in her independent creative ventures. After over a decade of working in arts and entertainment, she felt a strong calling to explore the world away from the glitter of lights, cameras, and action.

Giada traveled far and wide to deepen her understanding of energy healing, yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Eventually, in her early thirties, she shifted her focus away from her flourishing career as a performer and producer, which marked a turning point in her life journey.

Establishing Sage & Strong Experience was the first venture for Giada away from the camera, curating and hosting empowering workshops, panel discussions and retreats to nurture self-awareness, holistic well-being and creative expression. Sage & Strong Experiences was initially created to support stressed-out professionals and creatives seeking a more balanced, healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Alongside her clientele of CEOs, celebrities and entrepreneurs, Giada has also provided voluntary coaching and consultancy solutions for NHS Healthcare workers, students and charities supporting unemployed and homeless people.

Giada eventually wanted to combine her passions for wellbeing and creativity so she founded Kind Spirit Media a production company which is focused on development and promotion of what she calls “conscious content” (podcasts, films and documentaries) exploring the themes of connection, community impact, personal growth, resilience and healing in order to inspire and educate people to never lose hope and to be caring towards each other. Giada’s intention is to spread positive perspectives and stories that lead to a more sympathetic and self-aware world.

Through Kind Spirit Media, she has created TLC: The Light Conversations an award-winning podcast series with experts on well-being and mental health, “Cacaoistas” a short film about ceremonial cacao and “The Little Light Book” a compilation of anecdotes, interviews and resources “To help you find your way through the dark” which will soon be available through Hay House Publishing/Balboa Press.

Giada’s dedication to physical and spiritual awareness extends beyond her own practice. She teaches yoga and meditation as YoGiada, to people of all ages and backgrounds both online and in-person. She also offers guided meditations and writes articles about healing, energy awareness and personal development to empower individuals seeking well-being and inner peace.

Giada Del Drago’s journey from soap star to holistic healer shows her dedication to both individual and societal well-being. She continues to encourage others, with her embodied work, to adopt a holistic lifestyle that prioritizes nourishing mind, body, and spirit. Her drive to bring about positive change in the world is fuelled by her entrepreneurial spirit, as well as her keen sensitivity and understanding of human nature, making her an advocate and pioneer in the fields of wellbeing, creativity and holistic health. Giada’s story is an inspiration for those who wish to live with purpose by doing good for the world and finding their unique way to leave behind a positive legacy for future generations to build upon.
