In a world where the loudest voices are often heard first, Lisa Anderson is on a mission to amplify the voices of women who have long felt unseen in the workplace. As an HR expert, executive leadership coach, author, and speaker, Lisa has built a career focused on helping women transition from feeling invisible to becoming influential leaders.

With over three decades of experience, Lisa’s journey began in the recruiting field and gradually led her to the executive boardroom, where she currently serves as Chief HR Officer. Over the course of 30 years and more than 56,000 hours of coaching, mentoring, and leadership, Lisa has witnessed a range of workplace challenges—unrecognized talent, broken systems, and women questioning their own worth amidst silence.

“I’ve been there,” Lisa shares. “There was a time in my own career when I felt invisible. I was one of the few women—and often the only woman of color—in executive meetings. I questioned myself, wondered if anyone truly saw my contributions, and didn’t feel like I had the support to navigate it.”

This personal experience became the foundation for her work. Today, Lisa is the founder of the Invisible Professional to Influential Leader Coaching Program, a six-month coaching journey designed for career women who are ready to move beyond the shadows and embrace confident leadership.

Her signature framework is built on real-world wisdom and a belief in the importance of self-trust, presence, and influence. Lisa equips her clients with tools to help develop leadership courage, executive presence, and the confidence to take ownership of spaces where they once felt uninvited.

Clients often share how Lisa’s approach leads to meaningful change—not only in their careers but in their personal lives as well. One Vice President of HR described it this way:

“Lisa is the kind of coach who encourages deep reflection, which often results in the right next steps. She listens and guides. She pulls from her vast toolkit, offering personalized advice based on my unique situation—it’s a trusting and tailored experience. She’s the kind of coach who teaches you how to fish.”

Lisa’s approach blends her practical HR experience with her coaching expertise. She understands both the formal structures of corporate life and the personal toll it takes on professionals who feel stuck or silenced.

One of Lisa’s clients, a female engineer and the only woman of color on her team, noticed a significant shift in how she was perceived after working with Lisa. “I was able to increase my credibility and influence so much that Sales Directors began advocating for me to lead their teams. New opportunities began to open up.”

Lisa’s work is more than just coaching; it’s part of a larger movement. She envisions a future where organizations do more than simply meet diversity requirements—they create environments where diverse voices can thrive. “My vision is to speak on stages around the world, engaging with companies and leaders about building better workplaces,” she says. “Places where people are truly seen, heard, and valued.”

With the recent launch of her Invisible Professional to Influential Leader™ Coaching Program and the release of her book by the same name (available on Amazon), Lisa is extending her reach and impact. She is further embracing her role as a guide, mentor, and advocate for women leaders at all stages of their careers.

Whether she’s coaching high-potential professionals, facilitating leadership development programs, or delivering keynote speeches, Lisa brings an unmatched combination of empathy, expertise, and energy to every space she enters.

For anyone who has ever questioned their place in the spotlight, Lisa offers this reminder: “You’re not invisible. You’ve just been waiting for someone to help you see yourself differently. And once you do, everything changes.”

As she continues to grow her business and platform, Lisa Anderson is not just introducing herself to the world—she’s opening the door for countless other women to rise with her.
