In a world where wellness often feels like a luxury, E+ROSE Wellness Company is reshaping how women approach health. With locations in Atlanta and Nashville, this widely loved brand embraces the mantra: Eat Better, Look Better, Feel Better. From nutrient-packed smoothies to hormone-balancing lattes, E+ROSE is dedicated to helping women nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits in a way that feels empowering and intuitive.

Founded by Robbie Nowinski, a registered dietitian, and former elite athlete, E+ROSE was born out of a strong belief that better nutrition can significantly impact lives. “I worked in hospitals for years and saw so many people who may not have needed to be there. Poor nutrition was often a contributing factor,” Robbie shares. Inspired by health-focused cafes in Los Angeles, New York, and across the globe, he envisioned a space where convenience, creativity, and wellness could coexist. Today, E+ROSE is not just a juice bar or a café—it’s striving to create a movement toward a healthier, more connected community.

A Sanctuary for Women’s Wellness

E+ROSE’s impact on women’s health is remarkable. For many, it’s more than a place to grab a smoothie or coffee; it’s a destination for self-care and balance. Tatum Klepp, General Manager of E+ROSE’s OneC1TY location and a Certified Holistic Health Coach describes how the company is redefining wellness for women.

“Women are often taught to prioritize calorie counting or chase an ideal physique, but at E+ROSE, we celebrate balance and vibrant living,” Tatum explains. “Our goal is to fuel your body with foods that both nourish and delight. It’s about fostering a joyful, enriching relationship with health.”

Signature items like the Best in Glow smoothie—packed with collagen, sea moss, and skin-supporting ingredients—are customer favorites, as are adaptogenic coffee drinks like the Mushroom Cap, which may aid in regulating cortisol and supporting hormonal balance. These offerings cater specifically to women’s unique nutritional needs, providing functional, performance-based foods that aim to enhance well-being.

Inspiring Community and Connection

Beyond the menu, E+ROSE fosters a sense of community that deeply resonates with women. The company regularly hosts wellness events like yoga sessions and workshops, creating opportunities for connection and growth. “It’s not about striving for a specific body type,” says Tatum. “It’s about celebrating what our bodies can achieve when treated with kindness. Being part of this supportive environment has been a transformative experience for so many of our guests, myself included.”

This ethos of empowerment extends to social media, where E+ROSE has cultivated a space of positivity and inspiration. “Social media is often the first touchpoint for people discovering us,” Tatum notes. “We’ve built meaningful relationships through platforms like Instagram, showcasing everything from our vibrant menu to customer stories. It’s incredible to see how these connections contribute to our growth.”

Celebrity Interest in Wellness Brand

E+ROSE has also gained the attention of female celebrities known for their commitment to health and wellness. Fans include Kristin Cavallari, Shailene Woodley, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Kelsea Ballerini—powerhouses who embody strength, balance, and self-care. Their support underscores the brand’s appeal to women seeking intentional, nutrient-rich choices that fit seamlessly into their busy lives.

For Tatum, welcoming these stars to E+ROSE has been a thrill. “Having Kelsea Ballerini stopped by was such a highlight—I’ve been a fan of hers since high school! Seeing people I admire enjoy what we’ve created is incredibly rewarding.”

A Family-Focused Vision

Robbie credits much of E+ROSE’s success to the women in his life, especially his wife and three young daughters. “My wife has been instrumental to this journey,” he shares. “She’s been a sounding board for everything and is our biggest fan. My daughters are my ultimate motivation. Creating something they can be proud of and possibly participate in one day means the world to me.”

This family-first approach is woven into E+ROSE’s culture, fostering an environment that values kindness, balance, and sustainability. Robbie adds, “Our philosophy is embodied in our tagline: Eat well, be kind. We strive to inspire wellness not just through our food but also through movement, mindfulness, and community.”

What’s Next for E+ROSE

As E+ROSE enters 2025, the brand is preparing for significant growth. With plans to open three new Atlanta locations and two additional Nashville outposts, E+ROSE will soon expand to 12 stores. The company is also growing its wholesale, catering, and event offerings, ensuring even more people can experience its innovative approach to wellness.

“This year feels like a turning point,” Robbie says. “We’ve spent a decade fine-tuning who we are, and now we’re ready to broaden our reach. It’s an exciting time, and we’re grateful to have such passionate and loyal customers along for the journey.”

Empowering Women, One Bite at a Time

At its core, E+ROSE is about more than just food—it’s about cultivating a lifestyle of health, kindness, and connection. From its carefully curated menu to its inspiring events and partnerships, the company offers a fresh perspective on wellness, one that prioritizes nourishment over deprivation and celebrates individuality.

Tatum sums it up best: “Health is not a destination but an ever-evolving journey. At E+ROSE, we support you wherever you are and help you feel empowered to make choices that align with your goals. It’s about creating a life that’s vibrant, fulfilling, and uniquely your own.”

For women navigating the complexities of modern life, E+ROSE represents a beacon of hope and possibility—a reminder that wellness isn’t just about what you eat; it’s about how you live.
