For generations, the top leaders of Network Marketing have predominantly been mid to upper-class men. And that’s a fact.

“There is nothing against that identity profile, but the business world has been shaped by corporatized and commercialized linear systems, rigid strategies, and patriarchal blueprints built for extraction, mass production, and control,” says Jilly Torrez.

She isn’t here to be a feminist bashing men, nor is she taking a political stance. She values men and the alliance between masculine and feminine biology. “I didn’t become an entrepreneur to perpetuate a dehydrated, corporatized approach to business,” she says. “The typical ‘thirsty’ sales tactics are outdated, and what I call ‘bro talk’ and ‘testosterone-based teachings’ don’t resonate with women like me. Being a mixed woman in business since I was 22, I’ve had to navigate through the fake BS and build in a feminine way, which may trigger some people because they don’t quite understand.”

Where corporate culture rewards overextension and exhaustion as status symbols, Jilly models regeneration and embodiment. While most entrepreneurs chase numbers and results, she teaches transformation and legacy. Where the world teaches people to climb, she reminds them to root.

“The business world has been at war for too long. Business deals are dishonest, and everyone is out to get what they want. It doesn’t make sense to me to work this way; it can be a win-win, which I learned from my ancestral teachings called ‘reciprocity.’”
