After decades of shaping movements, scaling organizations, and speaking on global stages, highly acclaimed author and transformational leader Amber Golden is embracing her next evolution and helping others do the same.

Golden has recently introduced the Golden Leadership Institute, a consultancy designed to support visionary founders, CEOs, and women over 50 who are navigating new stages of leadership. Golden began her career in the Hollywood trenches, cutting her teeth as an intern on The Leeza Gibbons Show and working on the inaugural Screen Actors Guild Awards. But her impact would grow far beyond the entertainment industry.

As co-founder of iLEAD Schools and the Maker Learning Network, Golden helped build an award-winning charter school system that served over 8,000 students across multiple states and employed more than 700 staff. She advocated for educational equity at the state and national levels and was honored as the first female keynote speaker and Chief Guest at the prestigious Pinegrove School in India.

Now, through her consulting firm, she is distilling decades of leadership into two core offerings, one for high-growth businesses and one for women in transition.

The Business of Sovereignty

On the B2B side, Golden offers what she calls her Crowned Collective or Sovereign Strategist Experience, high-touch consulting services that help overextended CEOs and founders streamline their operations. Her systems empower small teams to operate with rhythm, clarity, and autonomy. freeing up leaders to scale without losing their sanity.

With experience spanning over 30 brand launches and 12 intercompany departments across various industries, including hospitality, education, television, and nonprofit development, Golden brings unparalleled depth to her consulting. The Queen Chapter

While she has a strong presence in the business world, Golden also serves as a source of guidance for women in personal transition. Her second signature platform, The Queen Chapter, offers a supportive community and a growing movement for women over 50 who seek to reclaim their voice, rewrite their legacy, and lead with wisdom, not obligation.

Both initiatives will launch during the From Survival to Sovereignty: Rewriting Your Legacy Summit, taking place from July 15 to 17, 2025, from 12:00 to 3:00 PM ET daily, with a VIP Hour to follow. Each day of the summit will spotlight a different area of sovereignty:

Golden’s work is personal. Following the loss of her mother and the end of her marriage, she had to rebuild her own life from the inside out. These deeply human experiences fueled the birth of The Queen Chapter and her mission to help women stop playing small and start living with intention and impact.

Golden is also booking select keynote speaking engagements, media appearances, and podcast interviews for the 2025–2026 period. Her signature talk, “From Vision to Velocity: Leading with Legacy,” is designed to help founders and leadership teams align mission with movement.
