Nicole Blain’s approach was straightforward: prioritize whole foods and balanced nutrition, allowing time for overall wellness. She chose to avoid trends and instead focused on consistent, natural approaches to supporting her health.

The Struggle: A Life Defined by Health Challenges

By her mid-20s, with three children under 5, Nicole was navigating health difficulties while balancing her responsibilities and a background as a collegiate volleyball player.

Getting out of bed every morning felt like lifting a heavy weight. Routine tasks were difficult, and being a mother of three small children at the time added additional challenges. Nicole recalls her struggle to find relief over the years, trying various supplements and working with naturopathic doctors. She shares, “I remember being so frustrated that I couldn’t get well and be the wife and mother I desired to be. I felt like a failure as a wife and mother and began to lose hope. I was scared for my future. It felt like a nightmare.” 

Although she believed in natural health, Nicole eventually decided to try different prescription medications. After six months, she chose to discontinue them, reflecting that they didn’t align with her personal approach to addressing her health challenges.

A Turning Point: Exploring Supplement Options

Nicole wasn’t ready to give up. She knew there had to be a better way to improve her health, and that’s when she began looking for a solution. Two weeks later, a magazine arrived in the mail, and she read about whole-food nutritional supplements that piqued her interest. She discovered a company that offered whole-food-sourced products with a long history of providing them and decided to give it a try.

Over the weeks that followed, Nicole continued using the products while becoming more mindful of the role of nutrition in her overall well-being. As time passed, she remained focused on maintaining a balanced approach to her health.

Nicole notes, “It wasn’t just the supplements themselves; the supplements gave me the energy, vitality and motivation to begin eating better and committing to regular exercise.”

Through the process of healing, she discovered a new sense of purpose and passion for serving others. Nicole realized that her health wasn’t just about thriving, having the energy and clarity to enjoy life, and being fully present for the people she loved, but also about having the health to effectively serve those, as she says, “that God brings into my life.”

Nicole and her family started using the products and launched their own home-based business in the health and wellness industry, giving all credit and glory to God. Today, Nicole mentors other busy mothers who share her passion for health and wellness. She teaches them how to do what she does, giving them the playbook she has used so that they can also create recurring incomes from home with their own online business.
