There is a growing class of women-led businesses reshaping what modern leadership looks like. Not through spectacle or shortcuts, but through discipline, clarity, and ownership. RE Creative Agency is one of those stories.

Founded by Isabella Gikher and Maria Castedo, RE Creative Agency has scaled to seven figures in revenue in under four years, without outside investors and without surrendering control of the company they built. Still in their twenties, the two founders have grown the agency from a shared apartment into a full-scale operation with more than 25 female employees.

Their success challenges two persistent narratives at once. That meaningful scale requires external capital, and that leadership credibility must be earned over decades rather than built through execution.

When investor interest surfaced early, they made a deliberate decision to grow without outside capital. Instead of optimizing for rapid scale, they focused on building a disciplined foundation based on strategy, clarity, and systems designed for sustainable, organic growth.

RE Creative Agency was created in response to what the founders saw repeatedly in the market. Brands investing heavily in aesthetics while neglecting structure, strategy, and sustainability. Instead of following that pattern, they built an agency rooted in systems, accountability, and long-term thinking. Growth was never treated as a marketing outcome. It was treated as a business responsibility.

Building without investors was a deliberate choice. Maintaining ownership allowed the founders to prioritize quality over speed and alignment over volume. It also required a level of operational discipline that many early-stage companies bypass. Every hire mattered. Every process was built with scale in mind. Every decision had to justify itself.

As the company expanded, that operational discipline was reinforced by leaders who grew alongside the agency. Samantha Schuab, who joined as an Account Manager before becoming Director of Operations, helped transform the founders’ early systems into scalable processes. By identifying pain points, refining workflows, and researching new operational software, she played a central role in helping the agency navigate rapid hiring cycles while maintaining consistency across client delivery. “Operational excellence is about creating structure that allows a company to scale intentionally while protecting the culture that makes it special,” says Schuab. “It’s about listening to your team, creating clarity, refining processes as you grow, and always looking at the bigger picture of where you want the company to go long-term.” She adds that one of the most rewarding aspects of her role has been earning the team’s trust while helping employees grow into leadership positions of their own.

That discipline paid off. In less than four years, RE Creative Agency reached seven-figure revenue and expanded into a multi-entity ecosystem under RE Group, which also includes REVIVE MEDIA and RECAP, a media and podcast platform focused on modern brand building. The agency now works with brands across luxury, hospitality, events, e-commerce, and service-based industries, often stepping in during critical moments of growth or transition.

What makes their story particularly notable is not just the numbers. It is the culture they built alongside them. They are a team of 25 female employees operating in an industry where leadership roles have historically skewed male.

That culture has been intentionally strengthened by HR Director Sierra Rennicks, whose focus extends beyond traditional human resources. From onboarding standards and career development to company-wide culture initiatives for a remote workforce, Rennicks has helped ensure the agency’s rapid growth never comes at the expense of its identity. “It’s so important for us to create a culture where women feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves, feel safe sharing ideas, and feel encouraged to grow professionally and personally,” says Rennicks. She believes the agency’s long-term success comes from investing in its people with the same intention used to grow the business, adding that watching employees build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their leadership potential has been one of the most meaningful parts of her career.

The firm does not market itself on gender, but its structure reflects a broader shift in how women are choosing to build companies on their own terms.

RE Creative Agency is not trend-driven. It is principle-driven. And while its founders are still early in their careers, the business they have built reflects a level of maturity often associated with far more established firms.

Their story is not about doing it all. It is about owning it all. Vision, execution, leadership, and results.

For a new generation of women entrepreneurs, that distinction matters.
