ST. PETERSBURG, FL., (November 6, 2024) – Human Garage, an innovative leader in health and wellness, and Fascial Maneuvers invites the community to experience a transformative Fascial Maneuvers Workshop led by coach Anthony Kunkel on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024. This immersive event, designed to release deep-seated tension and reset the nervous system, will take place at St. Pete Calisthenics, located at 1960 5th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The three-hour workshop, led by Kunkel—an experienced Human Garage facilitator and elite athlete—will incorporate grounding techniques, hands-on fascial maneuvers, and one-on-one guidance to promote relaxation, alignment, and balance within the body. Kunkel’s approach combines Human Garage’s unique techniques for fascial release and nervous system regulation, making it ideal for athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to deepen their mind-body connection.

The event is designed in three parts to provide a full spectrum of therapeutic movement and fascial release:

Event Structure:

  • 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Introduction to grounding techniques and foundational fascial release methods for group practice.
  • 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Partnered and hands-on exercises for deeper release and alignment work.
  • 8:00 – 9:00 p.m.: Individualized attention from Kunkel, offering participants an opportunity for tailored movement or additional support in small groups.

Attendees will learn Human Garage’s advanced fascial maneuvers and methods to relieve chronic tension, unlock both physical and emotional blockages, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. These techniques are aimed at restoring alignment, reducing stress, and building flexibility by calming the nervous system, and empowering participants with tools they can continue to use in their everyday lives.

  • Location: St. Pete Calisthenics, 1960 5th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712, United States.
  • Date & Time: Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Cost: $25 minimum suggested donation, with all proceeds benefiting Reach St. Pete’s hurricane recovery efforts.
  • What to Bring: Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or similar and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
