Chrissy Maale Coaching offers business strategy and coaching services specifically designed to support women entrepreneurs in working towards their business objectives while maintaining a balance between professional commitments and personal life. Founded by Chrissy Maale, an International Business Strategist and Coach, the company is dedicated to assisting women in developing and growing businesses that align with both their professional goals and personal values.

Chrissy Maale’s extensive career in business and leadership spans over 15 years, beginning with a successful trajectory in the corporate world. Her journey started in the corporate sector, where she advanced through various roles, gaining experience in business strategy, leadership, and operations. Despite her achievements in the corporate environment, Chrissy was motivated by a desire to create a venture that was not only financially viable but also personally meaningful.

In 2016, Chrissy, along with her husband Randy, founded Triumph Kids, a Pediatric Sensory Gym and Therapy Center. This initiative was born out of a personal need as parents of twin boys with Autism. Recognizing a gap in available resources and support for families like theirs, Chrissy and Randy were inspired to create a space where children on the Autism Spectrum could receive specialized care and therapy. Triumph Kids became a resource within the community, offering essential support to families.

Building on the experience gained from Triumph Kids, Chrissy expanded her focus to the online space, leading to the creation of Warrior Families. This online platform provides resources, training, and coaching for families of children with Autism and other special needs. Through Warrior Families, Chrissy has extended her impact, offering support and guidance to families globally. Her vision for this initiative includes the establishment of a non-profit organization in the future to further support these families.

As Chrissy’s experience in entrepreneurship deepened, she recognized the potential for entrepreneurship to offer women both professional achievement and financial independence, on their own terms. This realization led to the founding of Chrissy Maale Coaching, a business aimed at helping women entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of establishing and growing their businesses. Chrissy’s coaching services are designed to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring that their business strategies align with their personal goals and values.

At the core of Chrissy Maale Coaching is the Freedom Framework, a coaching approach that emphasizes flexibility and personalization. Unlike traditional coaching methods that often rely on standardized strategies, the Freedom Framework is designed to be adaptable, enabling women to develop and expand their businesses in ways that resonate with their individual preferences and life goals. This approach aims to assist clients in working towards their business objectives while maintaining a balance that allows for personal fulfillment. However, it is important to note that results can vary depending on individual skills and efforts.

Chrissy Maale Coaching also focuses on streamlining business strategies. Chrissy advises her clients to avoid the constant pursuit of new trends or the overwhelming demands of social media, which can lead to burnout. Instead, her coaching emphasizes creating efficient business models that allow entrepreneurs to focus on their goals without compromising their well-being. By simplifying processes, Chrissy helps clients concentrate on essential aspects of their business, supporting them in building enterprises that have the potential to be both profitable and sustainable.

In addition to simplifying business strategies, Chrissy highlights the importance of effective time management and the establishment of clear boundaries. She guides her clients in implementing systems and processes that allow them to focus on key business activities without overextending themselves. By concentrating on these areas, entrepreneurs can work towards growth while preserving their personal time and interests.

Chrissy’s coaching philosophy is based on the belief that there is no singular path to business success. Drawing from her own experiences transitioning from a corporate career to entrepreneurship and building a business from the ground up, Chrissy encourages her clients to develop strategies that are authentic to their strengths and preferences. Rather than attempting to replicate the success of others, Chrissy’s clients are encouraged to create businesses that are aligned with their personal values. As with any business endeavor, outcomes will depend on various factors, including individual commitment, market conditions, and external challenges.

As Chrissy Maale Coaching continues to grow, the company seeks to reach a broader audience of women entrepreneurs. One of the company’s main offerings, the Freedom Framework Masterclass, is designed to provide participants with insights and strategies that may support their business development in a streamlined manner. The masterclass emphasizes maintaining balance in both professional and personal lives by determining where to focus time and ensuring intentional engagement with vital business activities. However, participants should be aware that results may vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

For more information about Chrissy Maale and her coaching services, attend her Freedom Framework Masterclass and follow her on Instagram. Chrissy Maale is dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs in building businesses that align with their personal values and objectives, with the aim of achieving both professional and personal satisfaction.
