For instance, at dinner time, you’re starving.  What do I have a taste for?  Pizza.  You can already taste it as if you were eating it now.  Action Step?  Call the pizzeria, order it, and pick it up.  This takes the guesswork out, which counteracts self-doubt and uncertainty.  Feeling this surety reinforces your manifestation in creating and attracting your dreams and desires.  

Nature Therapy:

Spending time in nature can have a calming effect on the mind and body. Nature therapy, also known as ecotherapy, helps reduce stress and improve mood.
